1. On 7 December, 1992, KELLY HUNTER LIMITED, an Irish company, of

Molesworth House, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, Manufacturers and

Merchants made applications (Nos. 92/6400 and 92/6401) to register the word

KITCHENMATE as a Trade Mark in Part A of the Register in Classes 8 and 21 in

respect of the following specifications of goods:
