I, MICHAEL McDOWELL T.D., Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 6 (2) and 20 of the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Approved Ports) Regulations 2004. 2. The ports specified in the Schedule to these Regulations are prescribed for the purposes of section 6 (2) of the Immigration Act 2004004 (No. 1 of 2004).
