ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1998

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 (No. 7 of 1994) hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1998. 2. Paragraph (j) of subsection (1) of section 49 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 shall come into operation on the 12th day of August, 1998.
