ROADS ACT, 1993 (DECLARATION OF REGIONAL ROADS) ORDER, 1994. | ||

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10 of the Roads Act, 1993 , (No. 14 of 1993), hereby orders and declares as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of Regional Roads) Order, 1994. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1995. 3. The public roads numbered in column 1 and described in column 2 of the Schedule hereto are hereby classified as regional roads. 4. ( a ) Any reference to the number of a road prefixed by the letter N in the description of regional roads in the Schedule shall be a reference to the number of a national road shown in Column 1 of the First or Second Schedules to the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1994. ( S.I. No. 209 of 1994 ). | ||

( b ) Any reference to the number of a road prefixed by the letter R in the description of regional roads in the Schedule shall be a reference to the number of such road as shown in column 1 of the said schedule. | ||
