DISTRICT PROBATE REGISTRIES (PLACES AND DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1966.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 129 of the Succession Act, 1965 (No. 27 of 1965), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the District Probate Registries (Places and Districts) Order, 1966. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1967. 3. Each district mentioned in the second column of the Schedule to this Order is hereby appointed, for the purposes of section 129 of the Succession Act, 1965 , as a district for which there shall be a district probate registry. 4. Each place mentioned in the first column of the Schedule to this Order is hereby appointed, for the purposes of the said section 129, as a place at which there shall be a district probate registry for the district mentioned in the second column of that schedule opposite the mention of that place in the said first column.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
