Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest Acts, 1915 and 1919 - Police barracks - Used for public purposes - Valuation.

The Increase of Rent, &c. (Amendment) Act, 1919, is an extending Act, and limits in no way the application of the Act of 1915. For the purposes of these Acts the valuation of a building used for public purposes is the figure set out in the rate book for the assessment of a private occupier of that building.
