Introduction

1.The legal Costs in this matter, arise pursuant to two Orders of the Court. The

first made on 10th December 2018, the second being an Order made on 4th

February 2019.Therefore, the matter is regulated by the provisions of s.140

of the Legal Services Regulation Act, 2015

2.A Bill of Costs was lodged for Adjudication on 14th June 2019 returnable for

24thOctober 2019. The Defendant was properly served with the

documentation and an affidavit of service had been filed. It and it was also

noted that the Defendants solicitors indicated that they would not be

appearing on the Adjudication. The bill of costs was adjudicated upon by the

Chief Legal Costs Adjudicator on 24th October 2019.
