A tenant occupied from a single landlord and subject to a single contract of tenancy, one whole house and two rooms in an adjoining house, all of which were connected and used together. The tenant's holding in the adjoining house was not valued separately from the remainder of that house, nor had it been valued jointly with the said whole house.
