Prior to 24th November, 1908, oral agreements were concluded between the landlord and his tenants for the sale to the latter of their holdings, but the agreements were not reduced to writing and signed until after that date:—Held, that the agreements were "entered into" before the 24th November 1908, within the meaning of 9 Edw. 7, c. 42, s. 6, and that consequently the full percentage at the rate of twelve per cent. on the purchase-money was payable under 3 Edw. 7, c. 37. s....
