CHANCERY REPORTS. 247 minors do continue at Zion Hill convent school, situate at Black-rock, in the county of Dublin, until further orÂder. And it is further ordered that the said Accountant-General do, from time to time, draw on the Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland in favour of the said Michael Kenny, as guardian of said minors, or his attorney thereto lawfully authorised, for the accruing dividends on said Government stock when transferred to the credit of this matter as aforesaid, as same shall become due and payable ; and that he do pass an account before the Master in this matter every three years for said dividends, and how the same have been applied and disposed of, he so undertaking. In the matter of BOYLE'S TRUSTS, and the Trustee Act 1850, 1852. Dec. 5. ,By the will of John Boyle, dated the 4th of November 1826, and a codicil, dated the 22nd of June 1825, the Earl of Shannon, Thomas Spring Rice, Esq., and Captain Graham Eden Hammond, were appointed trustees of certain estates in the county of Cork, and were directed to manage the receipt of the rents of the said estates, which were to be divided into sixth parts, and paid over to six persons, or for their accounts in their respective shares and proportions, according to the intent and meaning of the will, through the medium of any one agent they should think fit to appoint under their hands and seals ; and with full power to the said trustees to demise the several lands, when out of lease, at the full uniform value, for terms not exceeding twenty-one years, and one life concurrent. The will contained no power to appoint new trustees : all the trustees of the will were dead. 248 CHANCERY REPORTS. 1866.
