Renewal - Application for certificate - Refusal - Grounds for - Conviction of selling intoxicating liquor at premises other than licensed premises - "Character" of applicant -Intention of Legislature.

The holder of a licence to sell intoxicating liquor on certain premises had been convicted and sentenced for selling such at other and unlicensed premises. Held,that the fact of the said conviction and sentence was not a sufficient ground on which to refuse a certificate for the renewal of the licence.
