I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, being of the opinion that the broadcasting of any matter which is a matter of a class hereinafter specified would be likely to promote, or incite to, crime or would tend to undermine the authority of the State, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31 (1) of the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 (No. 10 of 1960), inserted by section 16 of the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1976 (No. 37 of 1976), hereby order as follows:— 1.
