Right of chief inspector to allot bog - No written authority fro Board - Authority presumed - Land Law (Ireland) Act, 1881, s. 5 (5) - Purchase of Land Act, 1891, ss. 34 39 - Irish Land Act, 1903, s. 78.

Where a chief inspector of the Congested Districts Board allots bog to one tenant on the land of another tenant of the Board, his authority will be presumed, and express authority by the Board in writing need not be proved.
