VOL. XI.] CHANCERY DIVISION. to raise money for the purposes of the business on a further mortÂgage of the property so mortgaged. I am therefore of opinion that this objection to the validity of the equitable mortgages by the executrix is well founded, and that the bank has not thereby acquired any charge upon the property of the testator.
