(HARRIS' CASE.) Parliament-Registration of voters-Lodger claim-Description of objector's " calling"-"Agent"-Power to amend. Where the witness to a claim for the lodger franchise described himself therein as " agent," he being, in fact, a registration agent, and the Revising Barrister amended accordingly, although holding the original description sufficient : field (affirming the decision of the Revising Barrister), that the description of " agent " was sufficient. Whether there was power to amend-quare. APPEAL by John Campbell from the decision of James C. Lane, Esq., Q. C., Assistant Revising Barrister for the city of LondonÂderry, overruling an objection to the sufficiency of the description of Daniel Holland as " agent" in a claim by William Harris to the lodger franchise. The " case " stated that the residence and calling of Daniel Holland, the witness to Harris' claim, were given therein as (1) Unreported. (2) Before FITZ GIBBON, BARRY, and Neisn, L.JJ. VoL.
