National or other suitable school - Suitable elementary education -Whether suitable elementary education must include Irish - Teaching of Irish not compulsory - School giving otherwise suitable education complies with the Act.

School Attendance Act, 1926 (No. 17). —A child may be receiving a suitable elementary education according to the provisions of the School Attendance Act notwithstanding that Irish is not included in the curriculum of the school he is attending.
