Hi, My date of commencement of employment on my P60 form (which was submitted by X Services and is a formal government document) is 28/10/2013. My notice for end of employment was made on the 28/10/2015 which would make me illegible for a 2 year service redundancy payment. My first paid day on my contract was the 11th of November 2013, as previous days were zero hour weeks. Based on my P60 and my notice of employment termination I seek advise.
