CHILD ABDUCTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CUSTODY ORDERS ACT, 1991 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1991.

I, RAY BURKE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 (No. 6 of 1991), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order, 1991. 2. The Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1991.
