The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 1 (2) of the Child Care Act, 1991 (No. 17 of 1991), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order, 1991. 2. Part I and Sections 71 and 74 of the Child Care Act, 1991 shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1991. |
