I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the Children (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 6 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Children (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 7th day of May 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Children (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 6 of 2021) comes into operation.
