CIVIL LIABILITY AND COURTS ACT 2004 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004.

I, MICHAEL McDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (No. 31 of 2004), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004. 2. In this Order “Act of 2004” means the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (No. 31 of 2004). 3. (1) The day on which this Order is made is appointed to be the day on which sections 1, 5, 6, 8, 19, 21, 22, 25, 26, 29, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 54 and 55 of the Act of 2004 shall come into operation.
