I, MICHAEL McDOWELL, Minister for Justice Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 ( No. 31 of 2004 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (Bodies Prescribed under Section 15) Order 2005. 2. Each of the bodies specified in the Schedule to this Order is prescribed for the purposes of section 15(4)(b)(ii)(II) of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (No. 31 of 2004).
