Unfair dismissal - Dismissal in dispute - Certified sick leave

Claimant had a disagreement with the respondent and subsequently was out of work on certified sick leave. The respondent presented him with his outstanding wages and his P45 form. The Tribunal determined the respondent acted too hastily in terminating the claimant's employment and awarded the claimant £1,000.
