A domestic servant sustained injuries consequent upon falling out through her bedroom window when opening it after rising in the morning; held, that, since the domestic duties upon which she was employed under her contract of service included that of keeping her own room clean, the opening of her bedroom window in the morning for the purpose of ventilation formed portion of those duties, and accordingly that the accident must be deemed to have arisen both "out of" and "in the course of"...
