CRIMINAL APPEAL (FEES AND EXPENSES OF LEGAL AID) REGULATIONS, 1950.

The Minister for Finance, pursuant to the Criminal Appeal Rules, 1924, hereby makes the following regulations :— 1. These regulations may be cited as the Criminal Appeal (Fees and Expenses of Legal Aid) Regulations, 1950. 2. In these regulations—

the expression " Dublin solicitor " means a solicitor who is required, under the Stamp Act, 1891, to pay the stamp duty applicable to a solicitor who practises in the city of Dublin or within three miles therefrom ;
