I, Michael McDowell, T.D., Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (No. 26 of 2006), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2006. 2. The 29th day of November 2006 is appointed as the day on which section 121(d) of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (No. 26 of 2006) shall come into operation.
