Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 (No. 9 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The 30th day of July 2018 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 (No. 9 of 2018) shall come into operation.
