WHEREAS in pursuance of the Vaccination (Ireland) Act, 1858, as amended by subsequent enactments, I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health did by Article 17 of the Dispensary (County Boards of Health) Rules and Regulations 1923, as adapted by the Adaptation (Vaccination (Ireland) Acts) Order, 1925, amongst other things prescribe the duties of a Medical Officer of Health of a dispensary district in relation to vaccination : |
