It being conceded on behalf of the respondent that the recommendations have not been carried out by the respondent, the time for bringing appeals against the recommendations has expired and no such appeals have been brought, the Tribunal makes orders to the like effect as the recommendations. Accordingly the Tribunal awards €1,000-00 under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 and €1,250-00 under the Terms of Employment Information Acts, 1994 to 2001.
