Application by D. & Sons, Ltd., for a renewal of a lease held from K. Applicants were in occupation of portion of the premises only. Remainder of the premises was sub-let by the applicants. Held, that the applicants were entitled to a new tenancy in respect of that portion of the demised premises of which they were in actual possession, and that they were not entitled to a renewal in respect of the portions sub-let by them.
