Tenant in occupation at time of purchase by landlord -Subsequent marriage of landlord - Change of circumstances - Dwelling-house required by landlord for occupation as a residence for himself -Greater hardship - Whether reasonable to make order for possession - Rent Restrictions Act, 1960, s. 29 (1) (c).
