I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3(1) (as amended by section 181 of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 (No. 30 of 2022)) of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
