Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2005

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2004.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment conferred on that Minister by or under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (No. 10 of 2005) are delegated to Tony Killeen, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
