ETHICS IN PUBLIC OFFICE (PRESCRIBED PUBLIC BODIES, DESIGNATED DIRECTORSHIPS OF PUBLIC BODIES AND DESIGNATED POSITIONS IN PUBLIC BODIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2009

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995 (No. 22 of 1995), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed Public Bodies, Designated Directorships of Public Bodies and Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

2. The Schedule (inserted by the Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed Public Bodies, Designated Directorships of Public Bodies and Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 ( S.I. No. 607 of 2008 )) to the Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed Public Bodies, Designated Directorships of Public Bodies and Designated Positions in Public Bodies) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 699 of 2004 ) is amended by inserting between reference numbers 268 and 269 the following:
