I, BRIAN COWEN, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in the exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 (Designated Member States) Order 2004. 2. The Member States specified in the Schedule to this Order are designated for the purposes of the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 .
