According to the appellant his employment with the respondent was terminated on 23 January 2009. His application under the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 to 2007 was received by the Tribunal on 30 March 2012. At its maximum, allowing for reasonable cause, an application under the Redundancy Payments Acts must be submitted within 104 weeks from the date of termination of employment with the relevant employer. Accordingly, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear and consider this appeal under the Acts.
