GAS ACT, 1976 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1976.

I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the Gas Act, 1976 (No. 30 of 1976), hereby make the following order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Gas Act, 1976 (Establishment Day) Order, 1976. 2. The 13th day of September, 1976, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Gas Act, 1976 .
