Weekly tenancy -Less than seven days' notice insufficient.

A notice to quit served upon a weekly tenant of premises upon the morning of a certain day directing him to vacate the premises by not later than the sixth day next following is insufficient, by reason of the shortness of the time allowed, to determine the tenancy.
