I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (No. 47 of 2019) (as adapted by the Housing, Planning, and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 408 of 2020 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (Establishment Day) Order 2021.

2. The 1st day of February 2021 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (No. 47 of 2019).
