INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION ACT 2015 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2016

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th March, 2016.

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the International Protection Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2016.

2. The 10th day of March 2016 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015) come into operation:

(a) section 78;

(b) section 80;

(c) section 81.
