It is with great pleasure that we publish this bi-lingual 2nd edition of the

Irish Judicial Studies Journal. Vol 2(1) is in English, Vol 2(2) is in

French.

This edition is drawn from papers given at the Franco -British - Irish

Judicial Cooperation Committee Colloque June 2017 in Dublin, which

the authors were kind enough to convert into more formal papers.

Based on the common theme of the impact of technology within our

legal systems, these papers vary greatly and provide a significant insight

into modern judicial thinking.

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous publions cette 2e édition bilingue

de l'Irish Judicial Studies Journal. Vol 2 (1) est en anglais, Vol 2 (2) est

en français.

Cette édition est extraite des communications données lors du colloque

du Comité de coopération judiciaire Franco-Britannique-Irlandais de

Juin 2017 à Dublin, que les auteurs ont eu la gentillesse de convertir en

documents plus formels. Basés sur le thème commun de l'impact de la

technologie dans nos systèmes juridiques, ces documents varient

considérablement et fournissent un aperçu significatif de la pensée

judiciaire moderne.
