DISTRICT COURT (HOUSING) RULES 2016.
The District Court Rules Committee, with the concurrence of the
Minister for Justice and Equality has made Rules which amend
Order 99A of the District Court Rules and prescribe forms to
facilitate applications to the District Court pursuant to the Housing
(Miscellaneous Provisions) 2014.
Copies of these Rules, which come into effect on the 21 October 2016,

LEGAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2015 (ESTABLISHMENT
DAY) ORDER 2016.
The Minister for Justice and Equality has made an Order, under
section 7 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015, entitled as above,
which provides for the establishment of the Legal Services Regulatory
Authority on 1 October 2016.

CENTRAL BANK ACT 1942 (SECTION 32D) REGULATIONS
2016.
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 32D of the Central
Bank Act 1942 (as inserted by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010), the
Central Bank Commission has made the above Regulations, which,
following approval by the Minister for Finance, became effective on
4 October 2016.
The Regulations describe the 2016 Industry Funding levy contributions
to be paid by entities regulated by the Central Bank.

ENERGY ACT 2016 (COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN
PROVISIONS) ORDER 2016.
On the 6th of October 2016, the Minister for Communications, Climate
Change and Environment signed into law the above Commencement
Order. This Order appoints the 7th day of October 2016 as the date on
which Sections 1, 2, 11, 18, Part 7, Sections 27 and 28 and Part 9 of the
Energy Act 2016 (No. 12 of 2016) comes into operation.
Copies of this Commencement Order may be obtained from the
