ORDER 2015.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him

by section 95(2) of the Finance Act 2014 (No. 37 of 2014) has made

The order provides for the introduction of an electronic tax clearance

system and the review of the tax compliance status of recipients of tax

clearance on an ongoing basis.

SEA-FISHERIES (CONSERVATION AND RATIONAL

EXPLOITATION OF COD IN THE NORTH SEA AND TO THE

WEST OF SCOTLAND) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015.

These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Conservation and

Rational Exploitation of Cod in the North Sea and to the West of

Scotland) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 177 of 2006) which provide

for technical control measures on Cod in the North Sea and to the

West of Scotland, as outlined in Commission Regulation (EC) No

2056/2001 of 19 October 2001, amended to adopt the measures in

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1897 of 21 October

2015 concerning unintended catches subject to the landing obligation

requirement of the Common Fisheries Policy.
