IRISH STANDARD REVOCATIONS
Irish Standards based on adopted European Standards (ENs) published
between 1961 and 1998 under the Industrial Research and Standards
Act 1961, the Science and Technology Act 1978 and the National
Standards Authority of Ireland Act 1996 remain current until revised
by European Organizations responsible for them.
These standards (where they have been revised) are hereby revoked
and details of their replacement standards are available on the NSAI
website (www.nsai.ie).

SEA-FISHERIES AND MARITIME JURISDICTION (BLUEFIN
TUNA) REGULATIONS 2019.
These Regulations, which do not apply to a licensed and registered
sea shing vessel, provide that any person not authorised in a bluen
tuna catch-tag-release shery shall not target, retain on board, tranship,
transfer, tow, land, transport, store, offer for sale or sell bluen tuna.
These Regulations also provide inter alia that any bluen tuna caught
alive shall not be removed from the sea but, if so removed, shall be
carefully handled and returned immediately alive to the waters from
which it was taken.

BUILDING REGULATIONS (PART F AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 2019.
These Regulations amend Part F (Ventilation) of the Second Schedule
to the Building Regulations 1997 – 2018 to set effective standards of
ventilation and support the measures introduced in Part L Regulations
2017 European Union (Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations
2019– S.I. No. 538 of 2017 and S.I. No. 183 of 2019.
The regulations apply in respect of dwellings which are commenced
on or after 1st November 2019.
Transitional arrangements apply in relation to buildings for which
planning permission or approval is applied for on or before 31st
October 2019, and where substantial work has been completed by 31st
October 2020.
