IRISH STANDARD REVOCATIONS

Irish Standards based on adopted European Standards (ENs) published

between 1961 and 1998 under the Industrial Research and Standards

Act 1961, the Science and Technology Act 1978 and the National

Standards Authority of Ireland Act 1996 remain current until revised

by European Organizations responsible for them.

These standards (where they have been revised) are hereby revoked

and details of their replacement standards are available on the NSAI

website (www.nsai.ie).

year.

INVESTMENT IN TRANSFERABLE SECURITIES)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2019.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him

by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972)

and for the purpose of giving further effect to Directive 2009/65/

EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009,

Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of

the Council of 16 September 2009, Commission Directive 2010/43/

EU of 1 July 2010, Commission Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of

the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010,

Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

of 15 May 2014 and Directive 2014/91/EU of the European Parliament

and of the Council of 23 July 2014, has made Regulations entitled as

above.

TEMPORARY ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT ORDER

M7 WESTBOUND

In the townlands of Mayeld, Ballynagalliagh, Hybla, Ballyheage,

Monasterevin Bog, Kill, Cappakeel, Maighreichead, Ballyfarsoon and

Great Heath

Kildare County Council, on behalf of Laois County Council and

Transport Infrastructure Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 10 of the Road Trafc Act 2004, hereby makes the following

order in respect of the area comprising the administrative County of

Kildare and the administrative County of Laois

1. This order may be cited as the;

Road Works Speed Limit Order NRO 6/2019

2. 60 kilometres per hour shall be the Road Works Speed Limit

for mechanically propelled vehicles on the Roads as specied

in the First Schedule to this order;

3. 80 kilometres per hour shall be the Road Works Speed Limit

for mechanically propelled vehicles on the Roads as specied

in the Second Schedule to this order;

FIRST SCHEDULE

Roads in respect of which a Road Works Speed Limit Order of

60 kilometres per hour is prescribed;
