Act 1961, the Science and Technology Act 1978 and the National

European Organizations responsible for them.

These standards (where they have been revised) are hereby revoked and

The Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for

the purpose of giving full effect to Title II of Heading Three of Part Two (in

so far as that Title applies to operations or services referred to in Paragraphs

(2), (5), (6) and (7) of Article 475 of that Title) of the Trade and Cooperation

Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy

Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and

Northern Ireland, of the other part which entered into force on 1 May 2021,

has made the Regulations entitled as above.

SEANAD ELECTORAL (UNIVERSITY MEMBERS)

(AMENDMENT) ACT 2024 (PRESCRIBED MATTERS)

REGULATIONS 2025

These regulations prescribe three forms associated with the registration

process for the Seanad Higher Education constituency: the claim form

for entry on to the register of electors, the claim form for the correction

of an entry on the register of electors; and the notice of appeal form to

the chief registration officer in relation to a decision made by the chief

registration officer. They also prescribe the fee to be charged for the

provision of a copy of the register of electors or part thereof.

Provision for the forms and fees is included in the Seanad Electoral

(University Members) (Amendment) Act 2024.
