IRISH STANDARD REVOCATIONS
Irish Standards based on adopted European Standards (ENs) published
between 1961 and 1998 under the Industr ial Research and Standards
Act 1961, the Science and Technology Act 1978 and the National
Standards Authority of Ireland Act 1996 remain current until revised by
European Organizations responsible for them.
These standards (where they have been revised) are hereby revoked and
details of their replacement standards are available on the NSAI website
(www.nsai.ie).

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
The Revenue Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on
them by section 481 of th e Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of
1997), with the consent of the Min ister for Finance, and with the
consent of the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and
Media in relation to the matters to be considered regarding the issue of
certification, made Regulations on 20 May 2025 as entitled above.
These Regulations amend the Film Regulations 2019 (S.I. 119 of 2019)
to provide for the enhanced credit for lower budget film.

These rules amend Order 32 of the Cir cuit Court Rules to remove the
requirement to seek the court’s permission to deliver interrogatories
where the number of interrogatories is not more than twenty, and insert
Forms 57A and 57B to the rules on interrogatories and answers to
interrogatories.
