APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF DIGITAL HUB
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport in exercise of the
powers conferred on him by the DHDA Act 2003 has re-appointed
Austin Campbell, Stephen Casey, and Darina Kneafsey as members o f
the DHDA Board for a two-year term commencing on the 8 August
2025 and Darach O’Connor, an officer of Dublin City Council,
commencing on 27 August 2025 until 9 September 2026. The Minister
has also designated Darina Kneafsey as Chairperson.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for t he winding-up of the
above-named company by the High Court was on the 7th day of
October 2025, presented to the High Court by Joseph Howley, Collector
General, of Sarsfield House, Francis Street, Limerick, a creditor of the
above-named company, and that the said Petition is directed to be heard
before the High Court on the 17th day of November 2025, and that any
creditor or contributory of the said company who wishes to support or
oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the
time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose, and a copy
of the P etition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the
said company who requires it by the undersigned on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.

by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named Solicitor or the
Petitioner not later than 5 o’clock in the afternoon of the 14th day of
November 2025.
