INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY)

ORDER 2025

An tSeirbhís Oideachais Leanúnaigh agus Scileanna (SOLAS), in

exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23 of the Industrial

Training Act 1967 (No. 5 of 1967) and Section 38 of the Further

Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 o f 2013) has made an Order

entitled as above.

This Order defines the activities of the P HARMACEUTICAL

INDUSTRY in relation to which SOLAS shall exercise its functions

regarding statutory apprenticeships.
