PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2024
(MODIFICATION) REGULATIONS 2025
The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise
of the powers conferred on him by section 4(6) of the Planning and
Development Act 2024 (No. 34 of 20 24), being of the opinion that the
following regulations are necessary or expedient for the purposes set
out in that subsection for bringing subsection (2) of section 69 and
subsection (8) of section 81 of that Act into op eration, pursuant to
section 4(4) of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the
Oireachtas and a resolution approving the draft has been passed by each
such House, has made the Regulations entitled as above.

SEA-FISHERIES (QUOTAS) REGULATIONS 2025
These Regulations h ave the purpose of giving effect to the provisions
of Council Regulation (EU) 2025/202 of 30 of January 2025, as
amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2025/669 of 31 March 2025,
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1798 of 9 September
2025 and Council Regulation (EU) 2025/1996 of 29 September 2025,
fixing for 2025 and 2 026 the fishing opportunities for certain fish
stocks, applicable in Union waters and, for Union fishing vessels, in
certain non-Union waters, and amending Regulation (EU) 2024/257 as
regards fishing opportunities for 2025.

IRISH COLLECTIVE ASSET-MANAGEMENT VEHICLES
ACT 2015 (ICAV Act 2015)
Notice of application for Voluntary Strike Off of an ICAV
Notice is hereby given under the powers conferred on the Central Bank
of Ireland (the “Central Bank”) by the Irish Collective Asset-
Management Vehic les Act 2015 (the “ICAV Act 2015”) pursuant to
Section 162 of the ICAV Act 2015, that Affinius Capital European
Credit ICAV (the “ICAV”) has applied to the Central Bank to be struck
off and that at the expiration of 90 days from the date of publication of
this notice 02/01/2026 shall be struck off the Register of ICAVs, unless
an objection under Section 162(2)(b) is received, or a cancellation is
requested under Section 162 (4).
Any person may deliver to the Central Bank an objection to the striking
off of the ICAV.
Any objection must b e confined to the ground that one or more of the
conditions set out in Section 161(1) have not been satisfied.
The ICAV itself may cancel the strike off process, pursuant to Section
162(4) within the 90 day period.
Unless the objection to the striking-off of an ICAV is received within
90 days of the date above, and is an objection that the Central Bank
sustains; or a request for the cancellation of the process is received from
the ICAV, the Central Bank will strike off the ICAV from the Register
of ICAVs and the ICAV will be dissolved.
